My business partner, Nikki Bowman Mills was recently featured on the Go Biz Guy podcast. Nikki’s role in changing the perceptions of West Virginia is beyond measure. She is the founder and publisher of WV Living magazine and has been sharing positive stories of West Virginia for 15 years! Very proud to be her friend and business partner!

Business partnerships can be difficult things to manage at times. They require a tremendous amount of trust and mutual respect to be successful. I have read that about 70% of all business partnerships fail. An even worse statistic than the 50% marriage failure rate in the United States.
I believe our keys to success are:
We each bring different and valuable skill sets to the partnership.
We have different styles of communication that compliment each other.
We know what we each are good at and we let the right person lead.
We have common principles and ethics.
We have strong marriages and supportive spouses.
I am pleased to be in the 30% of successful business partnerships and the 50% of successful marriages.
